Tenant Service Requests

Cushman & Wakefield is pleased to announce a service enhancement for the tenants at Castleton Park. For tenants who prefer using a computer versus a telephone, Building Engines (http://www.buildingengines.com) currently allows you to communicate your maintenance needs via an Internet browser. This service request management application allows you to not only report the service request, but to also track the status of these requests at any time via an Internet browser. This enhancement provides increased speed and efficiency at which a tenant request is processed, and by using the Internet and wireless technologies, can eliminate traditional paper, phone and fax methods.

  • Upon logging in, the user will be able to enter new requests and search all requests entered under their lease
  • Users will be able to select individual requests and view the status (pending/open/completed) of the work order
  • Users will be able to print copies of their service requests for their records

Emergency Notification System

We realize that communicating quickly and effectively with our tenants is very important. Castleton Park has contracted with One Call Now, America’s largest notification provider, a company that provides cost-effective voice messaging systems for communications. This automated messaging systems allows us to quickly reach tenants in case of an urgent emergency (severe weather and security alerts) and instantly make operational announcements (utility outages, elevator issues, fire alarm testing, other scheduled work). Please contact the Management Office if you’d like to participate in this voluntary notification system.
